Standard & Priority Process Serving Rates Includes up to 3–4 attempts, GPS-timestamped logs, notarized Affidavit/Return of Service, and real-time updates. Service fees cover up to 4 diligent attempts and the execution of an Affidavit of Service or Affidavit of Due Diligence. Fees are earned upon completion of attempts and are non-refundable.

Leveraging formal law enforcement tactical training (CIT/MACTAC) to safely and legally execute volatile, hostile, or evasive papers. High-Risk & Domestic Serves (TROs, Orders of Protection, Contested Divorce): Base Rate + $85.00 Surcharge. 

Includes pre-service threat assessment, tactical approach strategies, active de-escalation, and immediate electronic return. 

Evasive / Hard-to-Serve Subjects: $185.00 Flat Rate + Mileage.

 Specialized counter-evasion tactics for individuals dodging service, utilizing gate codes, or counter-surveillance.

 Surveillance / Static Sit Time: $85.00 / Hour (2-hour minimum) 

Targeted field surveillance for highly unpredictable subjects. 

 Skip Tracing & Location Intelligence 

Standard Performance-Guaranteed Trace: $125.00 if located / $40.00 search fee if unlocatable. Includes comprehensive database pull for current address, phone, employment, and associate links. Lower risk for cold leads you only pay the full rate when we deliver actionable results.

 Advanced Field Skip Trace: $175.00 – $250.00.

 Combines deep multi-database intelligence with physical canvassing, vehicle registration checks, neighbor interviews, and direct field verification by an experienced investigator. Designed for evasive, high-conflict, or actively dodging subjects. 

Ancillary Fees & Terms Additional Co-Defendant / Party (Same Address)

50% discount on second service. 

Applies to husband/wife or co-tenants served at the exact same time. Document Printing: First 25 pages included free; $0.20 per page thereafter. Court Pick-Up & Filing: $45.00 (Shelby County Chancery/Circuit Courts or Fayette County Courthouse in Somerville). Mileage: Included within primary coverage zones; $0.75 per mile outside standard coverage area. 

 High-Volume & Specialized Bulk Rate Schedule 

Designed for property management groups, collection law firms, auto lenders, and financial institutions requiring predictable volume, route density, and rapid court reporting. 

Multi-Unit & Apartment Evictions (Detainer Warrants)

 Single Eviction Service: $90.00 (Standard Shelby/Fayette rate) 

Batch Evictions (3–9 units at same property/complex): $65.00 per unit. 

Volume Evictions (10+ units at same property/complex): $50.00 per unit 

Includes up to 3 attempts, mandatory posting/mailing compliance, and GPS-verified photo proof of posting. 

Commercial Debt & Consumer Collections (Credit Card / BHPH / Payday Loans) 

Tiered rates applied per monthly order volume within Shelby & Fayette Counties: Service fees cover up to 3 diligent attempts and the execution of an Affidavit of Service or Affidavit of Due Diligence. Fees are earned upon completion of attempts and are non-refundable. 

Tier 1 (1 – 9 serves / month): $90.00 (Standard Individual Rate) 

Tier 2 (10 – 24 serves / month): $75.00 per serve

 Tier 3 (25+ serves / month): $60.00 per serve 

Includes standard 3-attempt routing, GPS timestamping, and electronic affidavit generation. 

Volume Terms & Account Guidelines Route Integration

Bulk rates apply to routine 5–7 business day turnarounds and are batched by geographic routing. Rush or priority dispatch requested on bulk files defaults to standard Rush Rates ($175.00). 

Evasive/Unlocatable Files

 If a volume collections file requires investigative field canvassing, skip tracing, or surveillance, standard investigative rates will apply upon client approval. 

Monthly Retainer / Direct Billing 

Volume discounts are locked in via monthly retainer or net-30 invoicing for qualified law firms and corporate accounts in good standing. Individual and out-of-state accounts require payment upfront via credit card, check, or retainer prior to service dispatch.
